Since I last wrote, DJ started Taekwondo, DJ turned 8, both Adam and DJ started school, and I ran 12.5 miles. Does that about cover it? These pictures should help.

Proof that I did it. With a few long walk breaks. My half-marathon goal is 2:30 so if I cut out the long walk breaks, I should be able to do it.
